Setting Up Email
We use the SmarterMail Email system for its email solution. There are two ways you  can receive and send email. Both of these options are available to all users with email.  In the settings below, simply substitute "mydomain.com" with your own domain name:

           Outlook or Similar Program:
             Incoming Mail Server (POP3):    mail.mydomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):    mail.mydomain.com *
             Account or Username:    myemail@mydomain.com
             Password:    Case Sensitive
             My Server Requires Authentication:   Enabled

           Web Based Email:
             URL for web email:    http://mail.mydomain.com
             Email:    myemail@mydomain.com
             Password:    Case Sensitive
Login Page Example:    Click to see login page

 * If you are having trouble sending email, but can receive email fine, you  may need to use your ISP's SMTP server. Many ISPs use their own server to help monitor  and prevent spam.
